Why retention is limited
Audio and video files are large. A limited retention window reduces storage cost and improves privacy by default.
What is removed
After the retention window, finished jobs and associated uploaded audio may be deleted to free server space.
How to keep your results
- download exports (SRT/Word/PDF) right after completion
- copy the final text to your own doc
- keep your original source file locally if you need to rerun later
